• Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 working days after order confirmation.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified with pickup details.

• Shipping costs are charged based on the weight of the package.

• International delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and postal regulations.

• Delivery timelines do not include weekends.
