At RARE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
 

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Due to the nature of clothing items, all sales are final unless the item received is:

    • Defective

    • Damaged

    • Incorrect (wrong item or size sent)

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
     

2. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be in the same condition as when received

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
 

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Items damaged due to improper use or care

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
     

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method or as a store credit, depending on agreement.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 working days.
     

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from RARE (wrong or defective item).
     

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or wrongly delivered items, subject to availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
